Please note that we have a “NO-REFUND” policy. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless it fits into one of the following situations. If there is a technical error and you are charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error, technical error from the bank, or a website mechanism error a refund process is initiated. This is an random occurrence in all e-commerce situations. The money is returned within 3 working days of the notification of error.
